Academic and Career Planning is a student-driven, adult-supported process in which students create and cultivate their own unique and information-based visions for post-secondary success. Through self-exploration, career exploration, and skill development students will be equipped to accomplish their personalized goals. Throughout high school, students will engage in academic and career planning activities to ensure they are college and/or career ready upon graduation.
